As far as I am concerned，I am most happy to attend such a test of spoken English. I plan to seize every chance to improve my oral English ability so as to achieve outstanding performance in the coming test.(150词)
第二段的一个百分比和大写“China Daily”抓住了阅卷老师的眼球。而conduct , slight , a proportion of等好词和短语的运用，无疑增加了亮点。
第一段:在模板句引人话题后接着提出首段中心“很多人认为有必要举行英语C1语考试”，并用helps to evaluate students' spoken English ability和stimulate students to lay more emphasis on listening and speaking两个原因来支持段落中心。
(1) lay more emphasis on强调、重点放在……(还一可以有如下搭配:put/place emphasis on/upon)
